No! The bracelet/ anklet/ necklace is welded together instead of there being a clasp, the process is non-invasive & completely painless!

• What if I have to take it off later? Is it on forever?

Your piece is permanent for as long as you want it to be! When you're ready to remove it you can cut the chain off with scissors & save the chain for another time! Just make sure to cut the chain at the jump ring where it was welded together so that you can reuse the chain!

Nope & nope! All our pieces are made from either solid 14K gold, 14K gold-filled, or 925 sterling silver. Meaning all of our metal options are 100% hypo-allergenic, safe for sensitive skin & won't irritate your skin or make it change color.For a little bit more on our metals, gold is one of the only metals that does not tarnish so our solid gold pieces they will last a lifetime! For our 14K gold-filled pieces, they are rated to last up to 5 years of non-stop ear before you begin to notice any change in the material.For our silver pieces, we use 925 sterling silver, silver is amazing as it does not tarnish in water or from sweat & as you wear it the oils in your skin prevent it from oxidizing which means as long as you keep your piece on it won't turn color on you!

It sure is! Our permanent jewelry is used to traveling and has never had a problem. Generally, delicate jewelry never needs to be taken off when going through airport security.

To book your appointment all you need to do is click one of the Book Now buttons on this page and it will take you to our booking page.On this page you will be able to see all of our availability so that you can pick what time works best for you!We also do take walk-ins and would love to see you pop-by to say hi! Please note however that walk-in appointments are subject to availability and if we have scheduled appointments there may be a wait time as we will have to service those appointments first.

Don't worry! We sometimes do get cancellations so our schedule can change, make sure to check back every so often to see if a spot opens up!Alternatively, if you are local to Kelowna BC, you can always try dropping into our store location to say hi and to see if we have time for a walk-in! Sometimes appointments finish up sooner than expected or you might be able to catch us during some downtime! If we are available we would love to fit you in as a walk-in if we have the availability!

Not at all! Despite the flash, getting sparked does not mean getting physically sparked! We would never do that to you! It’s just a little thrill & is totally pain-free!

Absolutely! You can customize your permanent jewelry with one of our custom MOGANO birthstone charms. Our charms come in 10K solid gold, 14K gold filled & sterling silver with both authentic and lab-grown gemstones to choose from!

Of course you can! In order to purchase a permanent bracelet/ anklet/ or necklace for someone all you have to do is buy a gift card for them! To purchase a gift card just follow the link here to purchase your gift card!Just make sure to check the material and cost of the bracelet/ anklet or necklace before you purchase the gift card so that you order the correct amount.Please note that all of our permanent jewelry is subject to sales tax and we can only offer permanent jewelry by appointment at our Kelowna BC store location

Of course! If you need to remove the bracelet for any reason, we suggest carefully cutting it at the small ring that connects the two ends of the chain, (so that you don't damage the chain) with scissors, and if you want to get it welded back on we can certainly do that for a small welding fee ($10 + tax)!
